March 2022 – The LDA would like to inform the public that it has submitted a planning application for 977 homes on the site of the former Central Mental Hospital in Dundrum.…
The LDA would like to inform the public that it has secured planning permission from An Bord Pleanála for Dundrum Central, with 852 Units granted. The permitted development will focus on the delivery of affordable homes built around much needed public infrastructure that will benefit the wider community.
